A little bit of this, a little bit of that

We had a really fun this weekend! We went up to Elsinore on Friday night and took Landon's mom out to dinner for her birthday and it was really yummy. Then on Saturday we headed up to Manti and rode up the mountain and went fishing with all my family (minus Cashelle and AJ who we all wished could have been there.) We headed up to Ferron and spent about 2 hours there. Landon was the lucky one and caught about 4 fish, I caught 1 and my dad caught 1. We stopped at Wal Mart in Richfield on the way up and bought Jayleigh a little fishing pole. We didn't put a hook or anything on it, just something for her to play with. Then to top it all of Sunday morning, Landon, Chris, my dad, and I all went to Palisades and went golfing. I had never been before and it was so much fun. I was pretty proud of myself with how well I did on my first time. Everybody else did great too. It was so much to go with my dad and something that I had always wanted to do and I'm happy I finally got the chance. Thanks dad, it was so much fun and can't want to do it again! Love you!

Brown Family Reunion

On Saturday we had a fun family Brown family reunion in Elsinore. It was so much fun to see everybody and talk to everyone. Landon's mom rented a slip and slide for everybody to play on. It was so much fun! Jayleigh loved it!! Poor Lyndsay though, it was the day before her birthday and she tore a ligament in her knee and now has to wear a brace. I feel so bad for her, but at least she still had fun. I'm a idiot and forgot my camera in Cedar so I have stolen some pictures from Facebook from Shelly and Landon's cousin Shaylee. Thank you so much you two for getting some great pictures!
Landon getting ready to throw Jayleigh down the slip and slide. I can't believe she wasn't scared of it. She would keep asking for more!
There she goes!
Grandma Brown even got in on the action!
Thanks Shelly for all you did. It was so much fun!

First Hair Cut!

Well we finally did it. We cut Jayleigh's hair! It was getting way long and all different lengths and was just kind of looking stragely. So I called Carol Hansen in Manti and she was so nice to cut Jayleigh's hair on Saturday. I had mixed feelings about it, I knew it had to be done but I knew it meant my little girl was growing up! But I'm so glad that we did it, she looks so cute! So here are some pictures.

Having Fun

I had to post this picture because I love it! Two weeks ago Jayleigh went and stayed Thursday night and Friday with Grandpa and Grandma Twitchell. They bought this little toy for her to play with at their house when she is up there. Needless to say she loves it! Its so cute!
