Cousin Hallie!

Jayleigh is so excited to have a new cousin! Hallie Brooke Newby was born on March 20th in Gunnison. She is the sweetest little thing and we love being able to see her all the time. Here are a few pictures of her. Jayleigh loves helping Lyndsay with her and she can't wait until she is older and can go to the park with her. She is so sweet with her it makes me so happy.

Easter 2012

Easter has come and gone again. I can't believe how fast this year is flying by! Well we went out on our annual Sand Dune Easter trip again this year. We had so much fun! The weather was just right when we got out there. Jayleigh was lucky enough to have Grandma and Grandpa take her out with them on Wednesday. Landon and I had to work so we had the house to our selves Wednesday and Thursday. It was pretty strange not having Jayleigh around but we were able to get our trailer cleaned out and ready to go and even went out to dinner. It was great and something we needed. Landon and I drove up on Friday afternoon after work. We had a lot of fun going on a couple of rides and just visiting. Jayleigh loved to go on rides in the buggy. We went out and rolled Easter Eggs on Sunday morning with Russell and Paula. The Easter Bunny found Jayleigh while were out there but forgot one thing for her. So he just left it at the house and she found when it when we got home. :) It was such a great trip and I can't wait till we can head out again. I love going out there and going camping!

Disney on Ice

For Jayleigh's birthday this year we decided that for her really big present it would be fun for us to go and see Disney on Ice. This year they were doing Toy Story 3 and Jayleigh loves that movie. On March 10th we headed up. It only took me about 20 minuets into Provo that I remembered why we didn't like traveling up there very often. I am so glad we live where we live and don't have all that traffic and construction all the time! We stopped at Old Navy and got Jayleigh some new clothes and flip flops then headed up to Salt Lake. We stopped at Sizzler and ate and then we were on our way to the show. Jayleigh was so excited to get there. The show was amazing and everybody did a fantastic job. Jayleigh kept saying she wanted to go back when we were on our way home and asked for days after if she could go and see Woody and Buzz. Her favorite part of the whole show was when they had tons of Barbies come out and do a dance. She seriously did not move the entire time! Here are some pictures from our fun day! :)
